That is exactly what I do. I coordinate the people a move needs: movers, estate sale and donation help, cleaners and repair crews. You get one person to call instead of twenty strangers.

Selling a home after a death, including probate sales. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and a trained death doula, I bring both the know-how and the gentleness this needs.

Sometimes the best advice is to stay. I’m a Senior Home Safety Specialist, and I’ll tell you honestly when aging in place is the better choice.
Why I do this
I was a caretaker for my own parents. I’ve been through the death of a parent, dementia, a grey divorce, getting my Medicare card, and the grandparent scams that prey on people our age.
So when you tell me you’re afraid of getting this wrong, I understand. I’ll tell you how I got through it, and we’ll find your way through too.

Movers, estate sale and donation help, cleaners and repairs. One call to me, and I only bring in vendors I trust.
With your permission, I keep your children in the loop so everyone hears the same thing, from me. The decisions stay yours.
I handle the listing, showings, offers and closing, and I’m still a phone call away after the move.
